Lighthouse is a decentralized storage platform that offers permanent and encrypted file storage across multiple blockchain networks. It aims to provide a scalable and secure solution for users who need reliable long-term data storage. This dogfooding session evaluated the usability, clarity, and overall experience of Lighthouse’s website, onboarding process, and app functionality.
A total of seven participants, including two UXIT team members, conducted a dogfooding session on Lighthouse’s website and application. The goal was to identify areas for improvement in navigation, clarity of messaging, onboarding, storage management, and overall usability.
